That is a very good point and one that may end up helping you avoid the database upgrade at this point in time.  Many customers are encountering enough issues with the minimum patch baseline (883202.1) as it is...:-(

Completely agree with you.  If there is not a port available from Oracle for your platform and they don&#039;t even have 10.2.0.5, you have perfectly valid reasons for staying on 10g.  I was trying to point out that the Minimum Patch Baseline requirements which are Release 11i specific are more of the issues especially with only four months left to apply and test all of these functional patches.

Good luck on that exercise - ours has been interesting to say the least...:-)
